I emailed to the same email address where I sent the copies of passport. I just asked them to acknowledge if they have received all necessary documents as tracker did not have any update of receiving the documents (It is still at "waiting from you" update).

Yes, I do have a quite a bit of travel days in last 5 years. I think, you are right that is the reason it is taking long. I hope you get updates soon as well. It is frustrating that it takes them this long.
