i dont know about any step anyone can take after prra has been removed other then its beet to be the first one to initiate any contact but i would seriously consult a lawyer that deals with these matters he can try the H&C path if he is eligible

they normally issue removal order immediatley when they get back word the prra has been denied. i would speak with a legal clinic to see what to do next. b

anybody can give advice for out of status for 10 years, deportation order given 10 years ago. and trying to apply for spousal with h&c because of no passport or documents and criminality

thank you guys all for your advice the deportation order was waived sometime around 9 years ago but due to bad advice we received we waited til now to try to get him legal status. again its been a uphill battle we have received so many advice and consultation and are hoping we move forward
