Good luck to you. I sent an urgent request in June 2022 and till today nothing. They don’t care about your travel date, I had a member of parliament intervene. They just don’t even care, our applications are just sitting there. 8 months and nothing.

Also, quick question- did they email you before mailing it out or you just received it without notice?

Yup, 6.5 months- I applied June 2nd. so if you are at 20 days you might have a long way to go, or maybe not. You can be lucky

I've waited 6 months for an urgent one. Submitted webforms, they'll respond with automated messages that don't give much information. if you get lucky you may speak to someone on the phone maybe. However, theres people waiting longer, some shorter. One person got it in 3 months, another 3 weeks...

I’m sorry that when you spoke to the agent, they were not pleasant. I managed to speak to someone who was very very helpful and kind and sympathetic to my situation . But yes, they can’t give a processing timeline, and there’s applications pending since January apparently. They can only forward...

Hello. Yes there is no knowing. Not in the system means they haven’t started working on it/ it currently isn’t being processed. But also, it could be lost too, you never know. They receive the applications and they are in some sort of mailroom or something so until someone goes to get it and...

How long did your first one take? If you don't mind me asking? Did you have any trouble travelling with it before you received PR?
