I applied on 11th Oct 2022, my status is"no record found" What can I do as they are no picking up calls or not even replying to my tickets/emails?

Hi there, The Stange thing is that for the last 15 days my status is "no record found" and they are not even replying to my email or tickets, When I call them they say you will see the updated status tomorrow. Could anyone help how can I ask them for my update :(
