I directly emailed and asked Seneca if I'm eligible for the 3year course considering my low grades and they said I am, so now I'm just worried about the IRCC rejection. Is there any official guideline from them regarding this? Because some people say it's not ircc's concern what your grades are...

Only English and maths is mentioned on the college website (seneca shows that only 33% is required in course related subjects)

I have pretty high score in Computer subject tho (91%), does that even matter here?
