Thank pouyaba. It seems like the time it takes for the passports to come back to be random. For SUBSTONE it took 2 weeks (he sent it in on the 23rd of march and got it back on the 9th of april.) When your wife recieved her PPR, did they ask for anything else other than 2 photos and her passport?

A close friend of mine got his PPR in March. So far it's been 2 weeks for him since he sent the docs. By the way just a heads up, DHL office in Tehran delivers the mails to the embassy only on Thursdays before 11am. So if you get your PPR get it to them before Thursdays or you'll be wasting one...
