Hi all, I paid for courier service through upi but there has not been any email confirmation of payment received or even about awb number from vfs global side. Money has been deducted from my account too. What should i do?

I opted for courier service and then I did pay for it but since then I haven't received any email confirmation from them. My bank has sent me a message stating that the amount has been deducted and transfered to the UPI id of vfs. What to do now?
