Yes they say that they have raised a query but then again its been 7 days since no response or update. My VO is montreal so i am doomed i guess

I got my ecopr on Jan 12, but my address and photo in the portal is still in review and the permanent resident application status in gc key is still submitted, it should have been changed to Approved. Its been more than 40 days. And no movement on the PR card application that I linked with my gc...

I have called them a number of times they say we are raising an enquiry but nothing happens. My application status in gc key and portal is a mess. I dont know how they work.
