    yes, they have been. The GCMS report that I ordered says that the application was approved--a year ago.

    Thanks, I have done that, and it only says application "In Process"; my wife's (sponsor) says "Decision Made". No reference in either about a passport request. I only saw that when I got the full GCMS report, which says it was sent out in Sept. 2021

    I applied in March of 2021 My file was transferred to Manila in April of 2021 As of Sept. 2021, my GCMS file shows my application was approved, but that the status is open.
