No, our team got the PAL almost the same time. Because of the effect of covid, His medical result can be valid for five years.

It showed “is in progess” in the end of last month. I guess your application is still under reviewing and the officer might had viewed your files on 1st Nov. BTW, my application was received in Jan 2021. Could you please share your timeline?
