No idea. I did he landing online from October 11th 2022 and they just gave me the ECOPR on Jan 9th I don’t know why the gap and what took so long. but overall happy the process was smooth and I got the cards in 2weeks!

Did the photo shop give you a digital copy? If yes download it to the PC and then insert it and crop it the best way possible it wouldn’t be perfect but once they allow you to submit that should be fine. if not email the help centre I think it’s someone in an email if you having issues with the...

If you are uploading for the online portal landing you need a digital copy. Ask for a digital copy for your PR I got hard copies too but I had to go back for digital copies which I used for my PR card I hope this helps!

I went in for both. I went to service Canada and registry place the same day with my ID and the ECOPR

The ECOPR took me from October to January but when I did get the ECOPR offline, I was able to use that to apply for my SIN, and health coverage right away I actually went the same day.

Okay it’s good they working on it. I completed my medicals and it was saying I didn’t it just takes some time to upload I did call the doc office back to ensure they did upload it to IRCC.

Okay I am hopeful I get it by two weeks. I just got the ECOPR on Jan 9th. the process went pretty fast just when it came to the ECOPR after portal invite it was like very very slow. That part seemed to be longer than the other steps to me
