Just a humble request to everyone to please update us all if you have received PR cards after resubmitting photos in July/August/September. I know and noticed that June resubmissions started getting PR cards in October. Thanks in advance.

I just read on some other forum that someones pr photo got rejected on june 13, resubmitted on June 24, pr card mailed on Oct 3 and no status updated online.

My parents landed July 12 Photo resubmission request Sep 9, photos delivered Sep 15 Waiting for the pr card. It is going to be a few months.

i phoned 1-888-242-2100 and you choose the options 3 3 0 to get to an agent. It might be busy and disconnect/hang up but keep trying if you want to talk to an agent

I was on call with an agent at IRCC and as usual there is no entry in the system of receiving the photos as they are processing retakes from May 9, 2022 (which is the same as told to me 3 weeks ago) so don't know if this is going to help or not. I wish all of us good luck.

Hello, I am in the same boat. My parents landed in July 2022 and received resubmission in mid September. No acknowledgement for photos delivered and no update. Phoned IRCC and agents says it could take months as they are processing photos resubmitted in May 2022.

The officer at the airport actually clicked photos of my parents as they didn't have any at that time. So they click pictures and that too doesn't meet the specification. PR Card processing center is Sydney, Nova Scotia.

Hello All, just wanted to provide an update here so that its helpful for those looking. I sent in the photos as requested and it reached within a week. I phoned IRCC this morning to follow up (I know its too soon) but the officer said the IRCC officers processing photo resubmission applications...

It said it didn't meet their required specification.
