Received a ghost update today. Expired medical (2 weeks ago) now updated as passed once again. CEC Inland with an inland dependent, AOR Oct 6. Background check changed to 'we are processing your background check'. Anybody know how long it will take now for portal confirmation?

Just got my medical updated to "You do not need a medical exam" from "You passed your medical". Is this something to do with recent policy where medicals are no longer required for inland applicants or should this be any other case? My AOR is Oct 6th
