Finally received my citizenship certificate today!

Update received citizenship certificate today!

I don't know. I called the help center, they can't help.

I did my Oath on Aug 16th and application closed on Aug 24th. Still waiting for the citizenship certificate. Anyone here has same situation? Anything I can do to help?

Same here, I‘m in Calgary. Oath Aug. 16th, case closed Aug. 24th. Still nothing.:(

I attached zoom oath ceremony August 16th at Calgary office and still waiting for the certificate. I called the information center that agent told me the certificate mailed out 24th. However I still haven’t receive anything. Anyone have ideas? Thank you.
