I haven't got any email for that but I can see that under submitted documents. It is strange indeed. Also, that form is under optional documents. In client information also I can see required by 4th October. I strongly believe it's an error. I'll wait for other's response before submitting that...

I can see that as well, required by 4 October. But, it should be an error bcs that form is only require if you're applying outside of canada.

No. No updates after I submitted my application. Received Authorization letter with 17th Aug on it. Tried calling IRCC but the agent advise me to wait as processing time is 166 days.

Applied on April 19 still waiting, a friend's pgwp got approved few weeks ago. Both applied on same day, I guess my application is taking time because of medical exam which I had to take due to my profession. Right now they have exempted medical exams for inland applications.

Webform is your only option but, have they started working on it or it's just under submitted status?
