My ADR status changed to "We are reviewing..." on 23 March after 7 months of having submitted a CV (after which status changed to "uploaded"). But no OPR yet. Has anyone been through similar situations? How long will it take to get a final decision

My understanding is IRCC will send you a med request if you haven't provided any upfront medical results.

No. IRCC notes showed additional documents sent to CBSA and CSIS. That's why they are not shown as 'being reviewed by ircc"
