Hi, My passport was printed today. Does anyone know if it's okay to approach the consulate and pick up the passport directly?

There’s an option to opt for pickup rather than postal? When I went to BLS they told me that they will mail it to me and I didn’t have the option to pick it up :(

There's only one CGI in Toronto, it's the bloor street east one.

They gave me the police certificate. I asked them if they would inform BLS and they said they would. I'm going to try my best to get BLS to close out the case.

I'm in the same boat as you. My status changed late last week to Police Verification Report is clear.PCC is available for issuance." I'm going over to the consulate tomorrow to see if they can help out. I'm sure going physically could speed it up.
