You get an ID from the Indian consulate which you can ask the police station about. There was no mail/delivery tracking. You just get an email...

    Hi, making an application for PCC using the postal pickup/dropoff service with BLS. Was wondering if I had to submit my original passport with the application or if a copy is fine? If I do submit a passport, how long does BLS keep it for?
