I've requested a recall from them as well and asked them to ship back my passport before end of September. But probably I will email them again to return our passports sooner.

I see. Noted on this. So you had to book a courier to get it shipped to you? I thought that the VO would book the courier and send the passport to you.

How many days did it took for them to ship our your passport to you after the recall request?

I believe Paris VO is fast. Maybe 3 weeks but not sure. You can contact them via email/webform.
