    Mine was 7 working days. The high commission is closed on Ghana holidays and most Canadian federal holidays. That combined gives them more days off. This Friday is another holiday for them . Keep hope alive. You will get it

    No, I did not. The system generates a checklist and high school transcript, police clearance was not part of it for Ghana applicant. It maybe different for Liberia

    Not sure of the info you are looking for but generally, payment of full tuition does not guarantee the visa. Some colleges/universities will still insist on full payment of tuition fees as part of the conditions for admission. Accomodation is completely separate from this whole process

    We have a similar timeline. I think in the end, a lot of people will have the study permit for programs they've already deferred.
