You need ECA for the highest degree you are claiming points for. Take note there is only one slot for uploading ECA when submitting your application after ITA.

It's possible you selected 4152 to create your profile. You can't be too sure and blame it on a system that works 100%. You may have to cancel it and submit a new EOI profile. With EOI you can always cancel and submit. And partly with ITA before submission.
