Yesterday I received a biometrics instruction letter .. I have already given biometrics on june24 and my first and second visa application was rejected. Do I need to give biometrics again..please reply?

If you receive visa and not decided to go the college deducts 1500 cad from the overall fess..however, in your friend's case it is visa refusal ..so only 200 cad application fee. Refund policies are mentioned in the college website.

If so then you don't have to do anything the new medicals will automatically be updated in your application.

You can sent the old medical documents if it's valid with the help of a web form..

I also have a similar issue, but after some enquiries I understood that we can renew our passport after reaching canada. I think that would be the best decision.

Same situation here ...applied on June 17th Sds given bio on june24. Medical passed on first week of July. Afterwards, no response.. I will consider differment by end of this month as classes starts on 6th September. However, Whether true or not I've heard that ircc would consider all June...

Sds file Application submitted on June 17 Bio on June 24 Medical done prior to the application and was updated on July No response afterwards.
