Got P2 on February 8 and still no ecopr. I already sent countless number of emails on all the ircc portal emails. And nothing :(

In order to do you landing in Quebec you have to have the CSQ. That is why they requested the proof of address outside of Quebec. So I guess now they can do the process of issuing your ecopr.

I'm pretty sure it's because when you originally applied for permanent residence you weren't in Quebec ? Therefore, you don't have the CSQ. That can be the reason.

Yes exactly this. AOR and AIP both in July 2022. CSQ applied August 2022, received August 2023 And decision made February 2024
