Hi all, I am an International student in Canada, holding study permit, expires April 2023. My old passport will expire in June 2023 so I renewed it. Do I need to update New passport information with IRCC? If yes, HOW? I couldn't find any info about this. Thank you in advance!

I saw from other group many June 6 applications got results today. Heard some rumours that IRCC messed up the files and they don't process them in order :(

Very often for me. Then I tried to research solutions, I found this: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1491&top=23.3 So what I did is to use Chrome instead of Safari, clear the bookmark of CIC log in, clear all history of CIC . That works for me! Hope this helps.

It was posted on July 22. I couldn't find the original post from IRCC but it also mentions "IRCC provided the following updates, which reflect the status of application as of July 11th"

You shouldn't be As many people here have said, all will be updated when they make decision on your application. It's true for most people got PPR, medical updated same day as PPR. In the telegram group I join, many applications from early May have nothing updated. Many people got updated weeks...

I think no one can say for sure when, but CIC says that all applications in May will have results before September. I joined a group of applications on telegram, https://t.me/Canadapprgrp, "Canada visa timelines", where people update their results. Yesterday August 4, most PPR is May 11 file...
