I did the same as you are thinking(paid again) and complained about my first ones too but later few days I got an email to all the emails I sent that you should wait 90 days after paying, then complaint or apply another set.

Did you apply under tr to pr I also applied for mine spouse on September 27,2022 (NOT under tr to pr though)

They said they will clear all TR to PR in 2023 but there is no time of when they will do so. It could even be by the end of 2023 for some : ( Hoping for the best for everyone : ).

I applied for my husband OWP on 27 September, I asked MP for update on that too and it says criminality passed and review required on eligibility. I don't know when will they process that too.

I got my MP to check on my file after 2 months and its still the same (criminality left rest done). They are keeping us in queue as there is no deadline, don't even bother to open and update anything.
