There is glitch with the portal, happened to me as well, along with a lot of other members in this group. When you refresh the page, you should see your photo appear again. I got my pr card today, just logged in to see if the photo review was completed or not, it says photo needs to be uploaded...

I am not sure if this would be helpful but, UCI is different for primary applicants and dependant, in my case, so was the last name. I was able to link my PR card with my gc account and my partner was able to link her PR card with her gc account.

Try using UCI and family name. This combination worked for me.

Mine says, final decision made, card mailed on 19 jan to your address (ecopr 13 jan). If its urgent, you can email your VO. I had emailed etibicoke to process it faster, and they did request their production team to generate my card at the earliest.

No i dint. The information anout card being sent will be there in Pr card application in your ircc account (not the portal).

I have not received the card yet. Just going by what the gc key account says in my profile.

You can link your Pr card application to your ircc account (from where you filed your PR application) once you receive your eCOPR. Once, it is linked, you can check the most current status of your application, pr portal will not give you any updates (atleast for me, after eCOPR, there has been...

For me, it still says photo review, in gc key, it says card has been approved and mailed on 19 Jan, also says wait for 2-6 weeks to receive it. Gc key will also have the expiry date of your PR card. I did not see any tracking number associated with Canada Post, so I assume they sent it via...

It says “your eligibility has been reviewed. Please see the final decision below” under eligibilty, under background check “Nov 16, 2022 your background check was completed”. Basically, nothing is pending in PR application.
