Hi did you receive the certificate I see the processing time is 17 months?

Hello everyone, are recent timelines for the Citizenship certificate changed? Because I see it is now showing 17 months, is that literally correct? or anybody who had their oath ceremony at end of June or July got their certificates within 2 weeks or so?
