Thank you for response. Yet I'm still perplexed, since the alberta webpage didn't mention anything about lmia. It only says "a job offer" can increase the likelihood of ITA. Howerver, in the accelerated pathway section, the page does say about lmia. This really confuses me. If you can offer...
