Hello Folks! Seeking a Clarification - For Express Entry - Under FSW - If the person is already in Canada on temporary residence visa and has recived an ITA to apply. Does he still need to show proof of funds? If yes, do they need to be in Canadian bank account or home country account?

Eligibility Review started on 8th July, no response after that. Is anyone in a similar situation. It's been 173 days for me today. People who have applied after me have recived their approvals.
