You need to contact BLS for these details. Please call them and they will guide you. Ofcourse it will be some time before your calm gets connected.

If you were an Indian citizen before, you have surrender your Indian passport and apply for a Tourist Vida to visit India. Or you can apply for Visa and Surrender certificate at the same time.

Status on the Indian Consulate OCI page gets updated approx.2-3 weeks after BLS is sending the OCI application to the Indian Consulate. And another 4-5 weeks to process the OCI

Did you get your tourist Visa. Normally BLS is sending the applications to the Consulate approx. 7-10 days after they receive the application.
