I am about to mail my kid's passport application. We are married and we have the same names on the birth certificate. Is there any other document required except the original provincial birth certificate? We wanted to travel in August, but seems like we'll have to delay.

For passport Mail-In applications, how do we receive the passport and original documents back? Is there a need to pay for the courier service back or should I include a Canada Post prepaid envelope with tracking?
