    I have submitted my photo and addressed and confirmed that I was in Canada on May 13. It has been 24 days and I have not received my eCOPR. I sent two emails to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and got no response. Is this normal? can I do anything or should I just wait?
