Ya, I know. Cuz you said IRCC may have access to it through RCMP databases. My question is will they? I thought the RCMP is for criminal records not driving records.

Thank you so much for the explanation. Ya I wasn’t charged or summoned to court. I did hired a traffic ticket service go to court for me, so they give me the reprimand, I can keep my merits and reduce the fine. Do I still need to give IRCC the driving record?

No, I wasn't charged. But there is a reprimand which is a conviction that goes on my driving record and the fine. I haven't gotten my PCC yet because I'm still waiting for the AOR.

Thank you so much!! One more question, if I want to dispute the charge in court, no matter what the outcome is, the conviction that goes on my driving record or not. It will not interfere with my permanent residence application right?
