I called payment line and said I wanted to make sure card number was correct as I hadn't been charged yet. He took my card details again just in case but said my file hadn't been looked at by a passport officer yet. My travel date is July 20th and he said call back two weeks before to see where...

Mine was received May 4th and no CC charged yet. Most seem to be getting charged 4 to 5 weeks after they receive it.

I'll definitely go line up closer to the time. I'm still holding out hope it might arrive as it says 9 weeks plus mail time and I sent 11 weeks before travel!

Yes, I applied for my 2 kids passports and they were delivered May 4th. One renewal and one first time passport. I travel July 20th. I've been checking CC everyday but no charge yet.
