Not really, it's more of an estimation than accuracy. There are a lot, like ton of factors that can contribute to any application. It's basically a case to case, but sometime they gave allowance from their estimation so even if it delays you still have time.

Good day! Like I just curious if someone can apply solely for a Student Permit even if she/he is a minor for a Secondary School in Canada? I just want to know if can this be approved or refused.
