Yes I have a question. A person I know applied for a LMIA work permit GSS stream just like mine on March from India already got his PPR. Do you have any idea about why mine is taking so long? Also, how long it takes for ircc to go over review of eligibility?

Yeah, medical updated on December 2nd. Review of eligibility is going on since a long time. I don’t know when I will receive my PPR.

What is the processing time for GTS lmia work permit from India? Is it 40 weeks like it says in the ircc portal?

Don’t trust whatever is written in the cic web page about timeline. I know a lot of people who applied last year are still waiting. It’s all a mess now. My attorney sent multiple mails to the embassy, but he only received a generic mail quoting that the visa office cannot do anything right now...
