Apparently this is happening more and more... I have received my test invite with all other categories "In Progress". Then it took them 1 month to update background to Complete (after requesting for FP that I have sent them).. All other categories were "In Progress" at the time except for Oath.

i agree they are a mess currently!I have seen a lot of cases were Language, Physical Presence, and Prohibitions get done after the Test, but I have not encountered yet a case were IRCC didn’t start the background check… this is what the customer service agent told me.. I was like they didn’t...
