Mine RENEWl has been decision made for a week and it is not mentioned that it is approved or not. Is this normal? I have not recieved anything in my mailbox or email, and also there is no update since then on my account either.

It could be hard to talk to an agent but you can keep trying to talk to one.

I am not a professional but I think you can try calling them, they may put a note on your case or they may give you information about how the process is going and what is the reason it is not complete yet. You can also try sending them a webform either.

Have you met residency obligations?
