Can someone please help explain me what this GCMS notes is

@legalfalcon Please give your valuable advice as well. I think everything’s good with the file and it’s approved. The delay in issuance of CoPR might just be a matter of time.

They’ve also received the Status Enquiry from your MP. Hopefully, they’ll complete the process in a short span of time now.

Can someone please help explain me what this GCMS notes is

Oh okay. I missed the ‘No’ there. It says No 35/37 concerns evident. I misread that as 35/37 concerns evident. Anyways, not confusing you further , I’ll answer the main thing. YES! The application is Approved. CoPR is just a matter of time.

Can someone please help explain me what this GCMS notes is

Hi ! Does the primary applicant or dependent have a criminal history? I think the notes are about that concern only. But conclude with saying that application has been approved. Basically , it looks like earlier the officer had some concerns about the history of some offense. However...

    RROC - Primary VO

Oh okay.. Someone else from RROC got their PPR this month and their eligibility and security hadn’t started until March. Another one I know of had their eligibility passed in mere 9 days (received two sets of GCMS notes in a span of two weeks). So when IRCC starts working on applications, they...

Are you sure ? Like when you scroll down to the end of the notes , aren’t there any notes by some Program Assistant or anyone?? I don’t think I’ve ever seen officer notes about criminality being passed. If possible, please scroll down to the last two pages of your notes and post screenshot here.

That’s disheartening, to say the least. I was also hoping that ADR at least meant that eligibility is ongoing. But even that is not the case! What does your latest officer notes say ?

It would definitely cause some delay I think. But if I was in your position, I would book new medical appointment, submit a Letter of Explanation explaining why I didn’t do medicals in the given time period, attach proof for my upcoming medical details and submit new medicals at the earliest. I...

Do medicals one more time if feasible. That’s the best option. Everything else is too much hassle.

I had done upfront on 8th April. Got Re medicals request on 9th april I guess. Didn’t raise any webforms to link it with my profile but went for medical again on 19th. Medicals passed since 23rd april. So in my opinion, if you can do so , book another medicals with given IME number. Avoid all...
