I tried changing VO to NY( very close to where i live) but never received response from Ottawa office and even on the webform i raised. Rather than delaying, i decided to send to Ottawa

Update on my Case after exact 1 week of reaching PP(Delivered on 12th May) Counterfoil Generated Final decision showing as approved today Awaiting Return label Activation

I just have confirmation from UPS tracking that package was Received by "Grenier" on 12th May. Emailed the Ottawa office but nothing yet. My address was following as mentioned in PPR office. What kind of notification did you receive and where? 365 Laurier Av. West Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

this should work. What matters is street address or you can shorten as CPCO – PR VISA US PR TR VISA/ PP or CPCO – PR VISA US PR Temporary Res VISA/ Passport which UPS guy did for me while creating label

The email i received for PPR has do not reply address however i did raise a webform and sent email to CIC but did not get any response. So i end up sending to Ottawa yesterday and now we wait
