Did u include your ticket/departure date in the application? If yes, it means they don't really care about the ticket ya :( I attached my ticket and their respond : We never advise to buy ticket or plan your trip before obtaining you visa.

For my case, yes it's 1st time, but I have attached old visas as well as valid visa from previous travel like Europe, NZ, UK, Japan, Korea etc.
