I was able to track it after 5-6 hrs I got the message for dispatch. The AWB number will be mentioned on the payment receipt you must have got from VFS, on the top right side of the receipt

Received my stamped passport today PPR: 13th April’22 Passport picked up: 15th April’22 Reached IRCC: 19th April’22 Dispatch: 28th April’22 Received: 29th April’22 PR Spousal Visa
