It happened to us, same mistake, submitted the wrong WES. It'll take them 3-4 months to reply that they won't open your application as the IRCC website is very specific about needing the WES issued for immigration proposes (even if it is the same information). Since you didn't submit a complete...

Hello, Did you request for an extension for your police certificate?

Police Certificate from Mexico. We need a request letter from IRCC to ask for the police certificate and once requested, the Canadian Embassy gets it directly from the Mexican Government. It takes from 30-90 days from what I heard.
