Do students have to go through the chest x-ray to check whether they have an active Tuberculosis or not to pass in the medical test? Like they should do for UK students visa

Thank you. Due to the on going economic crisis in Srilanka, banks dont do foreign transactions as it did before. Further, I myself show around 20,000CAD in my FD which is for the expenses except for the first semester fee and accomod expenses as these will be taken care by my aunt.

Do you guys think that my study permit will likely get rejected if my aunt in Canada pays the first semester fee and provides a letter stating that she will give me the accommodation during my 1-year PG program? I'M from Srilanka. My parents and siblings are all in Srilanka.
