It was my belief that if the land is titled under my sponsor’ name it’s enough proof of ownership . Yes the Certificate of Title of the land was submitted and later checked by VO that it’s not yet registered at the Registry of Deeds

Thank you.. It’s worth paying a lawyer to reverse the decision of misrepresentation because the intention of applicant is not to commit fraud but to have a good education in Canada.

An incomplete document is not a fraud, it was resolve so it’s now a complete…but why still ended up on negative result

The PFL is answered on time but it seems PFL is only for formality…but the truth is you can’t reverse their decision

Why IRCC still refuse VISA with misrepresentation after answering the procedural fairness letter truthfully and honestly

Its easy to re apply but being accused of misrepresentation and being ban for 5 yrs after answering all their concerns still refuse the VISA…VISA which was already issued ..after booking ticket then papers are back in review.Wasted time and traumatic experience
