I just spent the last few hours at the Hamilton office. Was in line at 6:20, about 30 people ahead of me.
Was inside at 10, and my application was processed at 12. I'll pick up the passport on Monday.
Ugh that sucks. Well, from my experience with IRCC, time is relative and something as simple as clicking a button (for them) can take anywhere between 1 day to three years.
We all need a group therapy/venting session. I am beyond angry (if that's a state) and upset at how ridiculous this process has been. It's embarrassing and I'd be embarrassed working for the Canadian immigration office.
I've been posting in this thread but should be posting in the July 2019 thread because that's when I sent in my application. Soon to hitting my third year anniversary of no citizenship! Yaay! (tears)
