    Can a conditional acceptance letter be used to obtain a study permit?

    Hello everyone I actually have my conditional offer from university ( all the conditions have been satisfied) And I tend to renew my study permit . Since my university starts in SEP, and now we are in April, is it too early to apply ?! Thanks
