It sounds like there is more than 11 months until they come? I think you should reapply in 3-4 months again, maybe try to get some additional funds meanwhile.

Yes, you need to go back couple of pages before, there was someone whose credit card expired and they had to call and transfer their application. Check the previous pages in this thread.
