It's not specific to any jurisdiction. Its a customer support email address Your tracker gets updated may be in a day or two for dispatch dates and all. Consider minimum a week from April 5 to receive OCI

They I had sent my queries on this email ccsupport@blsinternational.net They responded to me in two days. I asked them to update the buzzer code for my address

Just a quick update. I'm able to track my packages with CANT reference number on Purolator even though I can't see any update on BLS site. You can try checking yours.

You won't receive any emails. Just track on BLS site and OCI. Email them with the correct phone number they will update and send a reply within 2-3 business days

Do call BLS and inform them that you need to travel. They will expedite. I called today as my status shows Passport ready to dispatch, they informed that it wil be delivered within 48hrs. Call them n check if you can collect from BLS center. The status should change in a day for you
