I sent webform 2 times in Mar. All of which took me 1-2 months to get reply.

Same here! I've been waiting since July 6... My PR Portal says "In review with IRCC"..

I have exactly the same problem! Already reported IRCC via email last night, no reply yet.

Has anyone got a trouble in first-time logging in to PR Portal and solved it before? Every time I tried to log in using the Username and Temporary password IRCC provided, it does not let me log in but redirects to a meaningless page.
